Booking Policy

To secure your booking a deductible deposit must be paid per client.

Please read our deposit policy very carefully. Once you make a deposit payment, it is a confirmation that you have understood and accepted these terms.

-          A deposit is paid to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the whole amount and the remainder will be paid on the day of service.

-          A deposit refund can not be made under ANY circumstance. If you decide to cancel for any reason including change of date, illness or change of mind, no refund will be made.

-          Your deposit is non-transferable, meaning, if the date of your occasion changes or gets cancelled and you want to use that deposit for a different date you will need to pay another deposit to secure it. Your deposit is ONLY transferable if you are wanting to change your booking time for the SAME date.

-          The only case where refunds can be made is in the unlikely event that MARY K MAKEUP ARTISTRY must cancel your appointment in cases of emergencies.

-          If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible and cancel your booking online. If you do not show up to your booking without notifying us, you will be denied from booking with us again in the future.

- For ALL travel bookings, there is a minimum requirement of 4 clients in order for MARY K to travel out to you. If a client does not show up on the day and it is under the 4 people requirment, you will still be charged full rate.
